For those of you that like to scalp, the 15 min with the 3 min are looking to be a pretty powerful combo.

Next target hit. 15 min chart is reaching the strategy extremes for profitability (candles turn yellow).

Hi Chris, thank you for all of your indicators. For some reason, I am having trouble copying your TS_Strategy. Do you mind sharing your link so I can upload to my TOS? I wanted to make sure I understood your directions. (I only trade stocks) Once I upload the TS_Strategy, I need to change the "mult" to 1 for stocks. For the 3/min, I change the atr period to 9 and atr factor to 2.3. I'm not sure why I'm having trouble copying the code, I have been using your confirmation candles for several months and didn't have any issues. I am really excited to try the 3 min with the 15 min chart for scalping. My apologies for being a bother.

OMG thank you, I have no idea what I was doing wrong. I changed my "mult" to 1 as you instructed. I can't wait to try this tomorrow!!! On another note, I was testing using your confirmation candles, EMAD along with the C3 Max. I did a 3-5 min with 15 min charts and that combo seems to work great also. Getting confirmation on different time frames seems to filter out false signals for scalping. Thank you again, your the best!

Hi Chris, I copied your link and it works great for the 3 min chart. For the 15 min chart, I changed the atr to 5, atr factor to 3.0 as instructed. My bubbles/lines/targets do not display as it does for the 3 min. Is there another setting I need to adjust or something I need to change in the code?

So far this is what I'm seeing. In the image below the candles are being painted green if Consensus is > 10 and Spark >= 2, Red Consensus < -10 and Spark<2. The arrows fire when spark ==3 or spark == 0 with Consensus values of 10 or -10 respectively. If the candles are gray, they don't meet the threshold to be green or red. If anyone is interested I will be happy to share. Just let me know.

I definitely want to try it out. I was one of the 1st to use the scripts when you brought it out. Works well on the 3-4mintue time frame.

I was curious so I plotted both as lines on the upper chart and histograms on the lower chart. Have only been watching the two together for a limited time, but my first impression is that in a trend, the C3 may give an earlier warning that the trend is running out of gas. The reason is that it seems to flatten more quickly whether plotted as a line or histogram.

In more choppy conditions, both C3 and PLD seem useful as long as they are in confluence with the overall consensus bias.

Hello, what timeframe and setting do you use?

Depends on the instrument and time of day I'm trading. Typically I look for entry on a lower timeframe (2 to 5 min) and trade in the direction of the higher timeframe. For example, if the daily is in a clear downtrend, I will look for a short setup on a 2 to 5 min chart and make sure the 15 min or 30 min chart is also looking good for a short and not showing an upward spike in price. Sorry, that's as specific as I can get.

Hi Madhu,
For stocks, you will need to change mult to 1 instead of 50. Displace can be adjusted to fit the asset and timeframe you are trading to optimize your results.

Here's the 15 min chart on top running the TS v9 and PLD Bands on the 3 min chart on bottom. Looking pretty good together.
