@Alex Because the indicator is pulling volume from the daily chart. The daily chart does not have extended hours data on it.

Hello, I'm new to the forum. Thank you so much for the volume scripts!! I was wondering if in addition to the current bar sell %, that the last 6 bars sell % and the last 30 bars sell % could be added. I tried to figure it out myself, but alas, I cannot. Similar to a previous post (pasted below)...

@SuryaKiranC Thanks! I added the script to my platform. Yeah, it's definitely the Boiler Room one. I don't need all the fancy bells and whistles. Just would like the boxes that show the current sell %, 6bar sell %, and the 30 bar sell%. Any help is most appreciated!
 
@SuryaKiranC Hello! Thanks for getting back to me. I’m not sure what you mean by conditioning... What I’m looking for is sell percentage of the current bar and sell percentage over the last 6 bars to gauge short term sell pressure and over the last 30 bars to gauge slightly longer term sell pressure. I like how the current script you gave me colors the box green when selling is less than 50% and red when over 50% selling so it would be good to have the boxes for the last 6 bar average and 30 bar average color similarly. I usually trade on a 2 minute chart so the last 30 bar sell percentage average would correspond to about an hour’s worth of data. Hope that clarifies what I’m looking for (similar to the boxes on the boiler room commercialized script). Thank again for all your help! I really appreciate that you take time to help new traders!

try this code, the 30BarAvg is Gray color and the 6Bar goes Green or Red depends on if it is higher than 30Bar, works for all timeframes.

@SuryaKiranC Thanks! I put the script on ToS. I'm having some issues getting it to work. The numbers for the Avg30Bars and Avg6Bars are large and not a percent of selling over those periods. I think the labels are just showing the average volume across 30 bars or 6 bars and not the percent of selling over those periods. In the previous script, that last label was current bar sell % which shows the percentage of selling (presumably using the IBS method) during the current bar. What I'm hoping to add to that is the sell % over the last 6 bars and the sell % over that last 30 bars (similar to how you coded the sell % for the current bar in the original script just in addition a label for the sell % over the last 6 bars and a label for the sell % over the last 30 bars). Thanks again!!
 
I currently have a code that shows the current price and it displays on the chart. Is there a way to add a code to display the amount of volume to the right or below the Price Display on my chart?

Though that was the ask, he's trying to determine what volume was traded at that price line. I could be wrong.
The way I am reading it is he wants current price and todays total volume... Relatively sure @Stockleed knows there is a volume but not how to get todays volume... I went to get a script I have but his question got moved and then I discovered I had butchered my script and it now has errors... Grrr...!!! One more thing to fix...

PS : Most of those labels, probably you don't care can be turned off, by selecting no to appropriate values in the indicator properties.
