You can paper trade futures 23 hours out of the day 5 days a week and they open back up Sunday night.

I know how you feel. 1 min charts can make it hard to ride out the price action. So far, through close observation and some back testing, the strategy signals seem to be on point. I try not to over think it. After all, isn't that part of the reason we spend time writing and testing strategies? This one has been fun so far. It's performance has surpassed my expectations.

I definitely understand how you feel. The 10 min strategy has been very consistent so far as well. Very good at flowing with the trend. The Scalper strategy works across a wider range of assets from what I am seeing so far though.

Christopher, again amazing job and thanks for all the hard work on CC! Just wanted to say as a word of caution - the market has rallied hard the last 3 days which can sometimes skew strategies. I think this is by far the best thing on usethinkscript, but best to keep checking on days when the market is in a downtrend or sideways.

I doubt you need to worry about indicators from @Christopher84 I shorted a number of instruments this week using the Scalper and C3 Max and feel confident that they are great tools for markets that are not rallying. And for sideways markets, Christopher included squeeze dots, support/resistance zones, clouds, labels (even a CHOP label!) ... everything but the kitchen sink ... to alert the trader to situations when it may be more profitable to stay flat than jump in just because an arrow painted. Personally, I believe the purpose of an indicator is to confirm the trader's reading of price action NOT to substitute for it.

Anyway, welcome aboard. Best Wishes and Happy Trading! Not trying to be critical of your post. Just chiming in to say Christopher has been around the block and designs his indicators such that they respond well to a variety of market conditions. Plot a few and watch them for awhile and you'll probably see what I mean

Hi @Ghs,
It really just depends on your strategy. Having well defined entries and exits on a sound back tested strategy is important. At that point, you follow the signals and track results. Do you have a strategy that is well defined for entries and exits? If not, this can make it very hard in choppy markets, ultimately allowing emotions to control your entries and exits instead of your sound strategy. The hardest variable in trading to account for is our own emotions. Hope this helps! Happy trading @Ghs!

I know multiple times you've said all the latest scripts are on pg 1, do you update the v number or date in those scripts to reflect recent changes? I of course see all the scripts so I'm just asking in order to be 100% sure. This is my first hour to this thread and all I can say is you are a mad man at scripting!!! This has my interest for sure, I just hope I can sleep...lol.

P.S. on the LE_LX code I'm not seeing any signal arrows, is that by design? I do see arrows on the C3_Max code.
