I am not VIP member yet, however, thinking about subscribing to your discord and obtaining the "buy the dip" indicator. I just wanted to check something before I subscribe to VIP, would you be able to post an example of 1min chart for TSLA, Apple, ZM or whatever else stock you see fit (not penny stocks plz since I am not that educated to trade small caps yet). I wanted to see if Buy the Dip works for day trading as well as swing.

Thanks @pjk . I notice High IV impl is not the same as high IV percentile. Should we try to find stocks with high IV percentile to have better premium? I would like to understand more on selling options from you. I am starting with a very small account, not sure what will be the best way forward.

IV Percentile or Rank, is just an indicator how often the Volatility has been above the current level historically speaking.ex: a IV Percentile of 60% means the Imp Vol has been above the current level 60% of the time in the last year. The current ImpVol could be as low as 4% but still have a IV Percentile of 60%...meaning 60% of the time in the last year it was above 4%. So that would be a terrible premium.
someone will correct me if my understanding is off, but that's how i understand it. I won't try to sound magnanimous or authoritarian...just like to contribute.

@Gellidus, you are correct. High IV impl is not the same as high IV percentile. @geremyh, explained the difference.

So, Vol Index = Impl Vol (just need one column). High IV percentile is basically useless for the purposes of finding high options premium to sell.
Not sure what the discord is - I am usually on he forum at the end of the day.

@BenTen I'm not a VIP member yet either, but I'm considering subscribing to get the Buy The Dip indicator. I exclusively daytrade TQQQ.

Would you mind posting screenshots of the 1M chart for TQQQ for the following 5 trading days: 12/14/2020 - 12/18/2020?
