ThinkOrSwim mobile notifications won't stop even when turned off?

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a really frustrating issue with my mobile notifications and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this or found a workaround.

My goal is simple: I only want to receive alerts via email. As you can see in the attached screenshots, I have manually disabled every single push notification and alert setting on both the desktop platform and the mobile app.

Despite having everything turned off, my phone is still constantly flooded with real-time push notifications, app logs, and alert banners. It’s like the system completely ignores my saved preferences.

I already contacted support about this, but they were absolutely useless and didn't have a solution or an answer for me.

Has anyone experienced this glitch? Is there any trick or fix to actually force the app to stop these mobile alerts?

If ToS does not have your mobile number, it cannot send text alerts.

1. click the uppermost gear icon
2. click Notifications
3. remove your number
