I took the LRCX Put based on alert in 1hr chart and sold it for good profit. I scan for the stocks for Big 4 & TMO and check for entry. In options, its difficult to get an exact time. Even if it goes to negative, provided you have good stop loss mechanism, it will turn out good. Thanks to all who worked on this setup.

Good job! It looks like LRCX went back up and retested the Ehler's DCF after the Big 4 Signaled....before rolling back over. If you have options 7-21 days out this retest will not kill you unlike weekly's.

Great trade. this is a good example of trade where you could incorporate supertrend which is like a brick support/resistance entry/exit level of confirmation. I use the tomsk cci supertrend seen in the screensbot as purple line. Together with big4 , supertrend validates my entries. Rejection of supertrend is confirmation to enter very high cinviction trade. Break of supertrend is a gtfo warning signal that saved me thousands.

Also, if there is an alert immediately after gap up/down, then wait for retest and be cautious.

Well to be honest I could but I do not use this indicator or any other in isolation… so if I made something concerning this indicator alone as far as entry and exit it would just be a suggestion not what I actually use. That and I use “Big7” which is the same but adds a few other indications.

These are filtered out based on volume, open interest, bid/ask spreads, and backtesting to see if the signals would have worked previously. But mostly option spreads...I don't want to trade options that have wide bid/ask and low volume & open interest.

I have created a scan for up/dn signals on the 1 HR pulling from my "favorites." I have also added scans for 1 HR within 6 bars (1day) and 12 bars (2 days). This allows me to go back and see which stocks have confirmed long or short without having to keep up with them every hour. Sometimes you'll get a signal early in the hour but the stock may not confirm if the price doesn't close above Ehlers Distant Coeffeint. So having the scans within 6 & 12 bars will only grab those that have confirmed.

Here are the scans. I'm not sure if these will work. This scan looks for the TMO less than Zero for Up signals and TMO greater than zero for Dn Scans.

You can also change the timeframe to whatever time you want...I also have saved scans for Daily w/n 1 bar, 5 bars (week) and 10 bars (2 weeks). As well as Weekly timeframe.

Thanks for this list of Scans. I set up an up and down scan for 6 bar script on the SPX 100. Many stocks come up. If I want to add a filter so that the daily Big 4 must be in the same up or downtrend, How would I do that. I appreciate your comments

I used the Big Four Scan down with 6 bars and lots of names appear. Is there a way to add a filter that the Daily Chart must also have a Bearish Scan Designation? I really like the Big 4 idea. I am also looking for the Script for the Big 7 mentioned on another chat.

I bought FTNT 21 JUL 78 call on 7/7 around 9-9:10am. The signal came of 30min on Thuraday I missed the trade and watche it bounce of the 20ma support ..Pulled the trigger on Friday am and realized ~300% return this am..there was a PR price upgrade this am but big4 alerts were flashing on Th/Fr already

First, thank you for creating this indicator! It is the best I have seen. It has truly given me that edge I was looking for…for so long!

You should look at the 1 Hour for swing trades. The strength of this indicator on the 1 hour last for several days.

Here are a few symbols for example that I’ve traded in June based on 1 hour signals. I was buying ATM options 7-14 days out in exp. You can go back and look to see how the trend reversed and was strong for several days. CVS, WMT, GILD, CVX, PG, RBLX, BA, MU, NCLH, DUK, XOM.

I have been using the Big Four with Mobius Supertrend. I have absolutely been killing it the last 4 weeks. I use it on the 1 Hour time frame. I look for Up or Dn signals to confirm on the 1 Hour and then look at the Daily to see if it conforms with the direction...then narrow down to 10, 3, 1 min charts for entries. It has absolutely changed my trading! I don't use any of the stuff from Hodl-Lay only because I don't understand what is going with his charts. But the Original Big Four is simple and it works GREAT! I can also use with ease on the TOS Mobile app. Big Four works on Mobile. So I can make money while at work. I almost always buy the next weeks expiration to give it time to work out. IF the stock has been in a downtrend and you get an UP signal will usually work and vice versa. However, if the stock has been in a range I avoid those. TMO needs to be below zero for calls and above zero for puts. I have had several multi-baggers of 100, 200, 300, 400 & 500%. I have left lots of money on the table also....as I was getting use to the strength of this indicator. I love using it for SPX trades on 3Min and I also put the option strike price in a separate chart and use the big four for the signal on an option about 10-20 strikes away from the price and this has worked tremedously as well. Can usually scalp -$100-$300/day with just a a couple trades per day.

I've been in this same trade. Same strike and expiration. I had 16 contracts at $0.34. Sold all but 2 this morning at $0.84.

Congrats but my post was that I was questioning whether The Big Four Strat vs 1.5 is the same and if it is why I am not seeing the big alert white signal or the purple alert from Mobius supertrend

Regarding TMUS trade....the stock was trading in a range. I hold off of range bound stocks until a trend has established. You could use TTM_Squeeze for this.

Today was a killer day. Absolutely crushed it with big4. I was at work so had time for 4 trades and 4/4 winners. XOM, CVX puts, GILD, UNH calls. All trades caught on 1H big4 signal and probably late and left lot of $ on table but profit is profit. I am still fine tuning my entries TMUS lesson was painful but its my fault for taking a 7/14 option. I extended my timer to minimum 2-3 weeks out preferably 1+ month. I am looking to get in atm or within 1 max 2 strike range ..open to any tips. I am new to options but this has been fantastic so far. Do you have an example of your entry exit strategy you don’t mind sharing?

The purple is a separate supertrend indicator. You can find it on the forum search for tomsk cci supertrend. White arrow is big4 signal. Further down the TMO is 30/6/6 I trade above/below 0 line with main plot on. turned off everything else to keep it clean.
