Scanner - Stocks 15 cents range from yesterday's close

Hi Friends,

Can someone please help me figure out the piece of code for returning stocks that are 15 cents away (above or below) from yesterday's close?
There are other criteria that I coded, but this last piece is giving me a hard time.

P.S. if you can share for 15 cents away from today's open, that would also be GREATLY appreciated!!

More specifically, a scan that returns stocks that closed in the top or bottom 15% of the previous days range.
