For scanner / Indicator that provide stocks Consolidating above near ema 9

i want to make indicator /scanner that provide stocks are conildating in range near above ema 9 and there is gap between 9 ema and 20 ema ,here are few examples which type of stocks i want to filter before the big green Red Candle .

Blue Line (9ema)
yellow line 20 ema
