Hi friends, wanted to share one of the projects I've been working on with GenAI help. I created this option price visualization tool to help me visualize the option price surface over time and understand what the underlying price is required over time for a each price. I know there are paid software that probably are far more sophisticated than this, but I like it.
All you have to do is input what kind of option you are analyzing, what is the strike, the IV, the expiration. You may optionally enter the price of the contract and it will change the colors into a red to green scheme. This helps me extrapolate the expected price to use on my trailstoplimit orders.
