trying get when the MACD above ZERO

I'm trying get a formula for when the MACD is POSITIVE AKA the MACD line is above ZERO
it seems like everything i search for is where the HISTOGRAM is Positive.
But the MACD HISTOGRAM CAN BE POSITVE WHILE THE ACTUALL MACD IS STILL NEGATIVE

I WANT A WAY TO SEE WHEN THE "MACD LINE" IS ABOVE ZERO

as simple as i can target I want to the end result of what i am looking to build to be as follows

Variables
Macd above or below Zero
Macd Histogram positive or negative

when both above zero and positive buy
when both below zero and negative Short

if the 2 indicators are split close position


any help will be most appreciated
