How can I make an alert for if todays daily SPX close is less than the average (halfway point) of yesterdays total daily range?
Code:
if open < close then if (open[1]+close[1])/2 is greater than close[0]
else.......
thanks

This will show the 1st time that SPX close is less than halfway point (HL2) of yesterday's total range daily range of the SPX

Thes test plots can be hidden and only 1 arrow will display when close is less than avg until it closes above avg and then closes below again each day.

plot Avg = hl2("SPX", AggregationPeriod.DAY)[1]...
