Setting up arrows or dots for specific locations in trades

Hi guys,
Can somebody help....I want to get an arrow or dot on top of the first candle above the 20 sma and 200 sma....as shown in this picture how can I set it up ? This is the 1st 2mins at the open
I will appreciate your input.

you say you want a dot on the first, first of what ?
first time on chart? first time of day? first of week?

the image has a dotted line, not 1 dot over a bar, so it doesn't help.

what do you really want to see?
