Scanner for stocks in ready breakout state from consolidation

Hi all, I'm thinking for thinkscript used in scanner.
To find out stocks that the maximum or minimum price of several 1 mins bars are the same within ~10mins


for example,
ZI
2021-08-04, from 11:50 am to 12:30pm
there were several 1 mins bars with strong resistance on 60.00
I can set short position at 59.99 or buy order on 60.01
I think this kind of stock can be scanned for day trade.
any help would be appreciated! thanks

You need that code converted into a scan, or you need it written from scratch? The logic seems different from what you describe.
