Phantom Paper Money Trades

I use Paper Money every day alongside Live Trading. I've been getting phantom market orders with no stoploss placed on Paper Money. Sometimes when the platform is open and other times when I'm not logged in. It's not 'that' big a deal, but what's the glitch? I saw something on Reddit a while back nothing concrete. I don't use any complicated math-wise or long scripts.

Yes — that’s a known oddity in ThinkOrSwim Paper Money —crops up intermittently.

It does not affect your live account and generally stems from quirks in how Schwab's paper environment syncs simulated trades and cached scripts.

Schwab's official stance:

“Clearing workspace cache and rebuilding Paper Money layout usually resolves it.”

Just to verify and for others who will stop by. Click on the gear at lower left corner of your sign on screen, then click in 'Clear cache and restart.'
