Finding Highest Bar in Awesome Oscillator

Hi, May I know if it is possible to identify the highest Green bar (marked by white line) in the Awesome Oscillator.
if it can be identified, I like to compare the highest Green Bar to the previous highest green bar (marked by Green line).
if within 50bars, the current highest green bar is higher than the previous green bar, show that in the scan results.
