Double Top With Divergence on RSI and MACD

Hello!

I frequently trade with the following criteria, however it would be super helpful if I had some type of scanner that could identify stocks that are showing this behavior. I unfortunately have no coding experience so I have no idea where to even begin. I hope that someone is able to assist!

1. Double Top (typically on the daily or 15 minute view)
2. Divergence showing on the RSI
3. Divergence showing on the MACD

Please let me know if there's more information needed. The double top is not as important as 2 and 3 so I'd be happy if someone could help with the code for 2 and 3 at the bare minimum if not all 3

If you are trading on these criteria, does this mean that you have scripts that you use?
How are you finding these trades currently?
Without having the logic of how you are defining your criteria. It is not possible to address your issue.
