Disable alert first 10 minute?

hi does anyone know how to disable alert for first 10 minute

You can put a time condition on your alert by doing something like this:

def first_ten = if SecondsTillTime(0940) >= 0 then 1 else 0;
def alert_condition = if MovingAverage(10) > MovingAverage(20) then 1 else 0;
Alert(first_ten == 0 and alert_condition == 1, "Buy", Alert.BAR);

Of course, you'll need to modify it to suit your needs.
