Changing alert sounds permanently?

Where in the actual TOS desktop app (Apple) are the files for the alert sounds? I want to permanently change them to other sounds I have vs always having to designate them in the drop down menu

What default sounds are you referring to...??? The short answer to your question is that it can't be done because the sounds are stored in the libmux_wav_plugin.dll and libmux_mp4_plugin.dll files within your TOS install directory...
