Changing Alerts Defaults?

I want the alert sound to be Ring. It now defaults to Bell.

I want Reverse Crossover to always be a "Regular Alert" and it now defaults to "No Alert".

I want the alert to always go to my phone. It defaults it to No Alert to Phone.

I use alerts quite a bit, and its painful to change it for each alert I setup.

Unfortunately no.
It is not possible to permanently change the alert defaults.
