Hey @csricksdds how is your trading going with the current economic volatility??
The SPY moves so much so quickly my stops get triggered (then it rebounds fast, and I would be in the green)...or my limits go off and sell way sooner than I probably should have.

Would it be worth going farther OTM so the price movements are less aggressive? I am usually around ATM and before the latest economic news started it was working pretty well for me...but now I just feel like I can't keep up with the fast movements and have way more losing trades vs winning.

Because of the rapid volatility I am trading stocks like MSFT, SNOW, PLTR, etc. a few days out and am having a good week. I did add the TMO (True Momentum Oscillator) that was posted by BenTen and frequently Sell Spreads when in the upper or lower box and then buying them back for less?

Very true - these indicators should work on the time frame of your choice. The true moving part of the chart is the 8/20 EMA. I have made the arrows different size so that one can see when they overlap. The more indicators pointing in the same direction (especially overlaps) the stronger the possible change.

Living here in The Villages I will sometimes see a senior turn on his left signal (1st indicator), start slowing down (2nd indicator), move into left land (3rd indicator).... so, does this mean a left turn? Not necessarily! I have seen them turn right, speed straight ahead and sometimes actually turn left; and so goes the market which is why sometimes I lag just a bit behind to make sure the indicators are right! Let the market take the lead, follow my indicators, but because they sometimes repaint lag just a bit behind (it'll only cost a nickel or two to find out for sure)?

Hi, I am a beginner and have been using your indicator to trade. Have you similarly got a scanner to pull out the stocks for day trading based on your criteria's. I prefer to trade mid to large caps only. thanks

Is it possible to write a script to scan for the Long signal or Short signal on any timeframe based on the existing logic? In reviewing various charts, this would seem to be extremely profitable and efficient.

Sadly no. Repainters cannot be used in scan, watchlists or conditional orders because they repaint.

All the AGAIG Chart Setups repaint.
The AGAIG chart setups are an excellent representation on the correct use of repainting indicators as part of price action analysis.
This setup only works when you analyze the interaction of ALL the indicators on the whole chart.
Never ever take a trade based solely on a repainting signal.

It is not time-effective to scan the universe of stocks when using @csricksdds AGAIG chart setups.
It is simply not necessary.
There are not many instruments that have the liquidity and solid ATR movement that qualify, so no need to scan.
