80% Rule val "buyers below vah values "sellers" indicator

I am trying to find an indicator similar to this.

The white lines on my charts represent the VAH and VAL of the previous session. In-between
the white lines is called the value area. Profile traders use this as a sense for trading. They will
look to buy and sell when price is out of value. Profile traders will look to short above my top
white line (VAH) and will look to long below my bottom white line (VAL) because they are
getting price at a “good deal” or when price is outside value. Knowing this, I will generally look
to do the same. Buy below VAL and sell above VAH.
