I got an email saying you moved my question to the question forum. where is the question forum on the home page i see nothing that says question forum? It is like I am scolded for violating something that your website does not make clear to do. At least for me.

We ask that if you have a QUESTION and if you are starting a new thread, please post your thread in the Question Forum
Because when your thread is posted in the wrong forum, it might not have been seen by our contributors.

Please let us know how we can make the guideline clearer:
