volume alert needed

Hi everyone
I searched alot before writing this post but I couldnt find what I need exactly.
I just need very simple study as following:

• I can add it to option charts
• when the current bar volume reach my value, it gives me an alert. just the number i want without looking at average volume etc..
• I can use it with any timeframe
• I can edit the value

anyone can help in this please
