Options Volume Spike Alert

I would like to set up an alert for a specific type of volume spike in Options Chain. I trade only SPX options and precise only few option chains(1DTE) which has more Open Interest and volume. ex: .SPXW221227C3850, .SPXW221227C3900 etc these expires next day.

What I want is, I will create a watchlist with my required SPX options chains(these changes everyday) and then a scan should run and give me alert when there is spike in volume. during trading hours.

I would like the alert to trigger when any 5 minute bar or 1min bar after the first 6 bars has volume 80%(can be adjusted) or higher to the first 6 bars average volume. So basically you would average the volume per bar of the opening half hour; then any bar throughout the day that exceeds 80% of that average would trigger the alert. I am not able to attach the image.
