TOS : Time and Sells questions

Some one might know the answer to my question ….

Before I ask the question, please look at the Time and sell window, both picture are taken at the same time, but both window was running in a different computer individually for my Trading needs …

if you take a close look you would see the time and sells colors are different …. while one window is generating red based on whatever reason so logically the other window should generate the same color since this is pre defined by the platform code which we cannot change



Now as far I know, the color is not really based on sells executions are red and buys are green,

red and green are shown based on tick increment / decrement from the current price



So if this is true why the color is different then each other …. since execution is same ???

what I am missing … ????


Trader who uses Time and Sells they would know exactly what i am talking about .... to make is more simpler i would say .... Time and sells cannot be different for individual .... it should generate the same results all the time .... in my case it is different then each other .... lets say, indicator is coded to plot cross zero line (above / below) based on some criteria .... now when it cross from below it will turn green to red and when its cross from above it will turn red to green ....

now if you run the same code (without any change) in a different computer it will show you the same same results .... logically it is impossible to generate opposite .... time and sells is doing the same thing which is logically impossible....

Actually, there is nothing more to say ..... I have said it all in my post ... I think you should address this with Thinkorswim technical support, they would be better equipped to help address any technical aspects of the software that is coded on their end.
For what it’s worth, I assume there was an error…. Thinkorswim has its issues.
