Is there a secret to drawing a rectangle within a rectangle in TOS? It's easy to draw but if you want to make the internal rectangle a different color (which would be the purpose of doing it), well some days TOS lets me do it, some days it kind of lets me do it, and today it's not letting it happen. Anybody else suffer from this?
