TOS code for 3 candles making consecutive higher highs???

I want to scan for stocks on 10 min chart that have 3 candles making consecutive higher highs within range of last 21 candles (high of 3rd candle higher than high of 2nd candle, and high of 2nd candle higher than high of 1st candle, going right to left on the chart).

Can anyone help?

somewhat common scan, you can probably google it, but here you go

input price = high;
plot scan =((price > price[1]) and (price[1] > price[2]) and (price[2] > price[3])) within 21 bars;
