ALWAYS, ALWAYS review your highest timeframe to get the BIG picture; regardless of what type of trader you are!

Stack the deck in your favor. The 1st step of any profitable strategy starts with reviewing your long-term timeframe to determine trend or possible reversals. Then review news events to see what is on the horizon that might affect that direction.
