ToS mobile squished charts result when the chart contains formatting elements not supported by the mobile app.
Do you mean your vertical range is so compressed you can't see the candles? Typically this occurs if you have VPOC of some type of indicator that uses a very wide range on your chart.
make sure you go into your chart settings --> price axis and uncheck "fit studies". If you don't do that and you have a study that goes beyond the bounds of the default chart it'll compress it down

Sorry, just so I understand -- you have this already unchecked and your price axis settings are similar to this?
No, make sure anything that has "Fit" before it is unchecked.
