Not sure what you are asking.
If you are asking, can you scan for multiple conditions. The answer is maybe. As long as the logic is not too complex.
If you are asking can you create filters to scan on the 1hr timeframe and scan for another set of filters on the 5min timeframe. The answer is yes.
If you are asking can you filter when multiple timeframes interact, for example when spanA on the 1hr crosses spanA on the 5min; the answer is no. MTF statements cannot be used in the scan hacker.
