Scanning for stocks with multiple conditions?

Hey guys,

I'm new to TS, looking to create a stock scanner. Couldn't find anything that matched below criteria. Hence calling out TS experts. Thanks in advance, appreciate your help.

1. Stock broke it's current 300 day price high
2. It has been less than 7 days since the breakout of 300 day high
3. Stock is above 100 day EMA or MA
4. stock is below 5 day EMA or MA.
5. Price > xx.
6. Sort them by 20 day rate of change.
