Pull Order Book data from the past?

Does anyone know if we can pull historical Order Book data (csv files)? We can pull these daily and save them, but I cannot find a way to enter in past dates and pull the data detail provided in the Order Book. Unfortunately, the Trade History report (which we can pull back data) does not have the same detail.

ToS does not provide the ability to enter in past dates and pull the data detail provided in the Order Book.
