Plot price crossover ATRTrailing Stop indicator

I googled to see if there were such indicator, but wasn't able to find it. I would like to plot an arrow when HA price, close above or below the ATRTrailing stop indicator and the ATRTrailing Stop indicates the bullish or bearish candle. Can someone assist with creating a script.
