Need Volume Indicator Trigger

Can anyone assist me in a script that can maybe work with the TOS scanner.

What i'm trying to achieve is some kind of alert that will trigger when a stock hits a certain amount of volume? Not sure if a label can be made for that or if it would need to be run with the scanner.

Anything like that out already?

Example: If i want to be alerted when APPL trades 5 million shares on the day i would get some type of alert or have a label on the chart that changes color etc. It would be amazing to have it work with the scanner so I can be alerted of a stock hitting a certain amount of volume vs me choosing only 1 stock.

Is this possible?

@DarthVaider You can setup a scan for this, limiting it to only AAPL and the volume target of your choice... So, yes, it can be done... I posted an example for SPY some time ago to display how we can pick a specific symbol only... Let me see if I can locate the scan code...

Edited to add: Here you go... All you need to do is to click on the gear/cog at the right of the results and setup an Alert and then save the Scan... Notice that I selected Scan in NASDAQ Stocks to improve performance...

How can we make it so that it scans all the stocks in the market or scans stocks according to your current scan settings for breaks of certain amounts of volume?

I'm trying to find what ever stocks that might be hitting my volume target and get alerted some how. I can see volume on my chart as I have label but that's just for the stock that I am looking at currently. I'm trying to scan the market for movers basically for potential trades.

You would remove the symbol filter and select the Scan in that suits your needs... And then add any other desired filter conditions...
