Looking for a News / VWAP Scanner

I am new to using thinkscript and have no idea how to create this ,however, I am interested in creating a Scan that includes Market CAP @ 500M, News within the last 15 min, Price between $.50 and $15.00., Below VWAP Daily Anchored to 6 months previous. Could this be possible? Thanks for Your help in advance.

1. Market Cap is built-in to the scanner listed under basic stock choices.
2. News is not scannable or retrievable in any manner
3. close is greater than .50
4. close is less than 15

You didn't provide your custom AnchoredVWAP script but the general syntax would be:
close is less than AnchorVWAP from 1 bars ago (repeat 6 times: 2 bars ago, 3 bars ago, etc..
