Last price greater than mark price scanner?

Good morning everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can create a scan to show the last price is greater than the mark price at least by 10%? Example, EDNT was $1.67 as of yesterday and it is over $4 bucks now. I am looking for something that would catch this when the move is taking place.

If Mark is not listed as an available price option then it cannot be used in a scan... "Mark" is only available in limited places within TOS...
