Identify These Images?

Can anyone identify the type of chart they are using? it appears to have a smaller tick size in direction of the trend to create a new bar and larger tick movement in the opposite direction to change the trend. I have tried numerous range configurations but cannot replicate this in TOS (he is likely using a different platform?), it could be a custom variation? I believe that is Sierra Charts. Looks to me to be Heikin Ashi candles - probably with either tick or range charts. Here is a thread that shows how to get arrows to show up with the candles change 'direction'.
