I need help creating a watchlist

how is it going guys? can some one help me with a code to crate a watch list that shows point change after the 930 open and after the 4 close and have it move up and down from the change in points showing the highs on top and so on. and also for down from the open and affter the close. if someone has used etrade pro then maybe something similiar
