How to scan for green or red volume bars in TOS

I am able to get above. How do I scan for yesterday's close equal to today's close?
I tried close = close[1]. But TOS changing this code to close.

Code:
close from -1 bars ago is equal to close
or
Code:
close [1] = close

@XeoNoX close[-1] looks one bar into the future... close[1] looks one bar in the past... Were you intending to compare the present to the future...???

Hello @rad14733, @XeoNoX thank you for your reply.
I need to scan to find a green price bar and red volume bar. I tried the code for some reason, it's not working as expected.

close > open and close < close[1] (this is for green price and red volume bar).
close < open and close > close[1] (this is for red price bar and green volume bar).

Can you please help me out?

@ramki58 Not sure I agree with your logic above... I'd be more inclined to use something like the following...

Ruby:
close > close[1] and volume < volume[1]

close < close[1] and volume > volume[1]
