How To Reference The Previous Bar

Hello,

I have some customized indicators that I would like to get additional coding help with. Currently I have arrows that show when 3 or more standard indicators are combined, a powerful buy/sell signal is presented.

I have found that when 2 of these arrows occur right after each other, a very powerful trade setup is typically present. Below are some examples with copper (10.15 and 10.16 today) and Gold (8.18 and 8.19).

I'm looking for someone who can code when 2 light blue arrows show up next to each other.

The syntax to reference the previous bar is [1]
The following is written to plot an arrow if lightbluearrow condition is true is on the current candle and lightbluearrow condition is true on the previous candle

plot trigger = lightbluearrow and lightbluearrow[1] ;
