Help creating Scan Query

Can someone help me setup a watchlist scan query, with the following parameters:
1. stock is trending up (above 200 day moving average)
2. stock price between $10 and $400
3. discounted cash flow above stock price
4. average volume above 300K
5. risk to reward of 1/3 or better
6. trend ratio above 60%
7. average annual return >10%

These terms are undefined so no scan filter can be created for them:

Please provide definitions using quantitative logical mathematical terms.
It is critical that you define your logic map:
condition 1 is what
condition 2 is what
condition 3 is what

These conditions are not available to be scanned in ToS:
3. discounted cash flow above stock price


The following are scannable:
