Get price of start of period or price of bar at specific time

Hello.
How to get price of open of first bar of specific time.
For a example, bar starts at 2:00. I need to get price of open of that time for code.
Please help.

And what timeframe would you be using for this scenario...??? The result will be different depending on whether you use 1m, 5m, 15m, etc... The actual open time will also vary in accordance with the timeframe... What initially seems simple isn't always that simple...

I might use 5 min bar.

I am going to use in another code. In that code i got the highest high for period from 2:00 to 4:00. And i need to calculate high - open.
