Edit price in chart bubble

I want the close price listed in my chat bubble to not include the decimal places ( the close is 4124 and it is listed in chart bubble as 4124.6494). How do I edit the code? And what if I just wanted my title in the bubble and no price...how would I edit for that? (I don't know how to add a screen shot of my chart).

AddChartBubble(!IsNaN(close[b1]) and IsNaN(close), plotopenzoneH, "open zone " + plotopenzoneH, Color.light_gray, no);

The round() function will truncate the trailing decimal places. In this case it is set to zero

You can use an optional input to display the price in the bubble or not. ---> input bubble_price = yes;

In this case the paranthesis is necessary to avoid a syntax error when using the if/then/else code.
-----> (if bubble_price then "" + Round(plotopenzoneH, 0) else "")

Since we want a blank (through a double quote "" ) in the else portion, the double quote "" is necessary in the then portion of the code ---> "" + Round(plotopenzoneH, 0)

Here is the code for the bubble. As you did not provide the entire code, I made a number close to your example and plotted it on a chart below

Code:
input plotopenzoneH = 4231.6494;
input bubble_price  = yes;
def b = 2;
def b1 = b + 1;
AddChartBubble(
!IsNaN(close[b1]) and IsNaN(close[b]),
plotopenzoneH,
"open zone " +
(if bubble_price then "" + Round(plotopenzoneH, 0) else ""),
 Color.LIGHT_GRAY,
no);
