Display indicator status as a horizontal colored bar

I'm looking for a way, if possible, to have TOS display a lower indicator's status as a horizontal colored bar. Just need an example so I have something to work from. Any guidance would be appreciated!

@jeffinseattle1 Search for a priceline script as an example and follow the same method, just using the lower indicator's value in the code instead of close. Look in my recent post history, I posted a priceline script some days ago that doesn't use the HighestAll() function (there's been some problems with HighestAll() not updating tick-by-tick lately).
