Display previous High & Low of day (ignore current bar on 1m chart)

Hi!

On a 1min chart, when a stock makes a new high of day(HOD), I want to completely ignore that specific 1m bar and in a label show 2 things - HOD barnumber & value if current bar is ignored

Same for low of day (LOD) - label shows LOD barnumber & value if current bar is ignored

bar number & value for that second highest HOD/LOD
