Desktop application doesn't appear after log-in

I'm having a rather odd issue with the desktop app on both my MacBook Pro and my iMac. I open the app and enter my log-in info, which the app accepts, but then the app itself doesn't appear on the screen. It shows as being open in my dock at the bottom of the screen but...it just isn't there on my screen. Any idea what's going on?

I think I figured it out. Apparently, the memory settings can get messed up after updates. I clicked on the gear symbol at the login screen and redid the memory settings. It seems to be working now.

Hey, question to you, maybe BenTen knows, do the custom script and indicators we have here work for windows desktop and Mac? I am getting a mac and want to transfer my TOS from my windows desktop to the mac, wondering if there is an easy way of doing so. Thanks @BenTen

Everything except your workspace is saved on ToS servers so no transferring is required.

And the interface works the same on both the MAC and PC so you should have no learning curve.

When you sign-on with your MAC, all your custom scripts and indicators will be available.

Quick question, can you open more than one instance of thinkorswim on the Mac? On windows you can open as much as you want, not sure how to do it on Mac. TIA

@EricsLiberty past the following in a text file and save it with a .app name on your desktop, say TOS.APP. double click this instead of default Thinkorswim shortcut.

I see, so in case I want to have three instances open, I need to click this New Shortcut three times to open different instances Without ever opening the original TOS app?

yeap. that's it, BTW, this is just a link, to the original app, just the way it is opened is different.
