Custom Filter for scan that excludes Stocks that had recent Earnings

Solution
This seems to work for me this morning. It 'finds' fewer and fewer results as you increase the number of days it looks back.
Code:
def reported = if HasEarnings() then 1 else 0;

def days = 10;

plot eureka = if sum(reported, days) == 0 then 1 else double.nan

Again, as always, I like explicit returns from if statements. It makes it simpler to do things with the results and be able to debug them.

For a quick run down of the code:
the first thing it does is create a list of either 1 or 0 for each day (I assume this is the desired timeframe for this scan) where 1 is indicative of an earnings report and 0 indicates none.
the second line is the number of days to look back for earnings.
the third line (eureka...) sums the numbers stored...
