Current Bar Volume Threshold Warning

Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to create a simple script that displays different colored labels based on the volume of the current bar. For example, if the volume of current bar is;

1. Between 0 and 100,000, display GREEN label
2. Between 100,000 and 200,000, display ORANGE label
3. Greater than 200,000, display RED Label

I have included a sample concept of the idea. It doesn't have to be a label per se. I'm just looking for some large visual indicator when the volume surges beyond a certain threshold. Any visual feedback of this sort will be helpful. It could even be something on the chart itself; it doesn't have to be a label. I'm open to your ideas.
