Chart Key?

Is there a way to put a box on the chart that acts like Map Key, giving whatever data you want in the box be it live values(ex hi lo, MA's) notes, info on indicators?

I know how to make labels, but to have a box with live data as well as any notes, reminders or a KEY for labels, thats completely different.

The ToS platform does not provide for a chart key / information box. The only workaround is the use of labels.

you can put bubble(s) anywhere on a chart.
do you want something like this?

No, something that would work like the data box, but you choose what goes in it, including putting notes in
