can I find out which daily bar (bar 1, 2 or 3) a 3 day bar is currently on?

I'm using a 3 day bar as a higher timeframe check for trades on the daily bar. But I'd like to be able to put an indicator on my 1 day chart that shows me which bar of the 3 day bar I am on. I can build a histogram that goes from 1 to 2o to 3 back to 1, etc.

Is there a "function" that would allow me to get this info?

This seems to work on most dailys, counting each day correlating to a 3 day candle. The picture below shows the count under each daily bar of the 3 days, including a 3 Day candle overlay used to test the code below
